Let's assume that in this photo, the white truck is what you're trying to focus on. So we'll use the 'Crop' tool - found in my program under Image-Crop but notably the tool doesn't show up until I've 'marqueed' or selected the area I'm keeping. Then I select the 'Image' drop down menu, and 'Crop'. Afterward I'll use Image-Image Size to set the resolution to my personal default 100 resolution and 6 inch print size (sometimes 5 inch - again to save on download time). NOTE that I resize AFTER all of my corrections are done so that I have maximum available resolution/print size to during corrections & enhancements. |
